Fiona offers psychological counselling for adolescents (12-18) and adults (18+), addressing a variety of mental health concerns. Sessions are available in-person in Echuca, Victoria, or via secure telehealth, providing flexible options to suit your needs.
Fiona accepts self-referrals, GP Referrals with a Mental Health Plan Care, VIC and NSW Workcover, the NDIS (self-managed or third party) and Transport Accident Commision (TAC).
In-Person Counselling
In-person counselling provides a safe, confidential space for you to discuss your concerns face-to-face. Held in Eucha, Victoria, these sessions offer direct support to help you navigate mental health challenges and work towards positive change.
Telehealth Counselling
Telehealth counselling offers the convenience of receiving support from the comfort of your own home. Through secure online sessions, you can access professional guidance and care no matter where you are in Australia, helping you work through mental health challenges with ease and privacy.

Fees & Rebates
A Standard Psychologist Session (50min) is $217.50, whether in-person or via telehealth.
If you receive a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you are entitled to a Medicare rebate of $98.95 for a standard psychologist session.
The full session fee is payable at the time of your session and Medicare will reimburse the rebate to your nominated account within 24-48 hours.

We welcome both self-referrals and referrals from GPs with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).
If you choose to refer yourself to see a psychologist, please note that the full session fee of $217.50 applies. In this case, no Medicare rebate is available.

A mental health care plan is also known as the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme and it offers a client several psychology sessions per calendar year. A mental health care plan also means that you are eligible for a Medicare rebate (you pay the gap between what the psychologist charges and what medicare will pay).

You can still use the same MHCP as it is in your name and transfers with you to your new Psychologist.

No, our practice does not offer bulk billing.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the day of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100. To assist in managing your appointment, we send reminder text messages in advance.
Please note that cancelling in advance also allows us to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist, which is greatly appreciated.
